Relatively easy to use once u figure it out the first time haha
Grips my neck well, but wish it could do more for my shoulders. Not sure how to clean it. Upon first use for a few minutes, my shoulders did indeed feel lighter and more relaxed which is GREAT. Constantly have stiff shoulders thanks to work and late hours so this a good relief
